And snow it did

We've had it easy the past few years, the winters have been nerely annoying. No treachery of any kind, a few dustings of snow and just hard cold weather. We're paying for that now. So far.

The snowthrower's been getting a good workout. It gets kinda squirrely going over the packed masses from the car tires. But when angled just right, it sucks itself into the snow and a fountain of slushy shit pours out of the chute; I make it a fast walk to keep up. What hurts the Big Orange Plastic Thing with a Handle is smacking into the uneven concrete sidewalk. It sometimes chokes on wet snow, I end up just paddling a big wad of wet snow forward.

But it sure beats a shovel and a grabber.

Best part of being alone, fewer presents to buy. I'm almost done.
