Learnding

If you know me at all, you'll know that I can equate all life's experiences with a Simpsons episode. As in the above from the simple mind of Ralph Wiggum: "Look Supernintendo Chalmers, I'm learnding!"

I'm learnding too. Perhaps I'm a slow learnder but time stretches out when you got a few years on ya. Here's what I learnded recently.

There is no such thing as a sure thing.

God laughs at those who make plans.

Despite all evidence to the contrary, the outcome you wanted does not bear fruit.

That last one is the most significant, but the others play a part as well. This past year has been a tremendous learnding experience for me. I certainly learned what I am made of. I learned that everything I have could be lost due to situations beyond my control.

I learnded that the outcomes we want don't always evolve, despite how much we want them to happen.

Sometimes events take a direction you didn't anticipate.

I like where it's going.
