Minus three at the JohnnieV weather station. The boiler is working hard to keep up. The dogs are huddled in their cages, which are adjacent to a radiator. We put heavy blankets over the cages, so they're like little heated dens. They peer out at us with sleepy contented eyes. Oh to be a dog and not have to go out in this!
Son1 arrives this Thursday. He had an unfortunate accident with his car last week. The car inhaled some flash-floodwater. The car's not sounding too good. I think he may be walking for awhile.
