I done got picked!

The local paper was soliciting contributors for it's Guest Columnist feature. They choose about a dozen ordinary folks to contribute their work to help fill out the Editorial page. For their efforts, the folks get fame and a small stipend for their work.

I submitted some of the past entries from this place and mailed them in. Either their standards are low, or I'm good enough. I got selected!

I'm supposed to go to an orientation meeting on the 29th, and get my picture taken.

Now, what shall I write about???
